Mr. Finin’s education is in construction technology and electrical engineering. He has worked in the field of telecommunications and dc power. He was instrumental in several battery and telecommunications business startups. |

She has worked closely with economic development agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and other workforce partners to assist current businesses while attracting new businesses to the area by providing a quality workforce for business and high-quality employment opportunities for the local and regional workforce. |

Mr. Bender has over a decade of experience in the fields of economic development, as well as public policy at the state and municipal level. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
